On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a Highlights tour focusing on the Museum’s collection at 1:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m., the public tour focuses on the special exhibition or spotlights an area of the permanent collection. Saturdays and Sundays Highlights Tour at 1:00 p.m. Exhibition/Spotlight Tour at 2:00 p.m. Tours are free with admission.

Join artists for a Gallery Talk in the special exhibition Relational Undercurrents: Contemporary Art of the Caribbean Archipelago. Curated by Tatiana Flores and organized by the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, California, Relational Undercurrents: Contemporary Art of the Caribbean Archipelago presents 21st-century art by artists with roots in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Curaçao, Aruba, St. Maarten, St. Martin, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Trinidad, Jamaica, The Bahamas, Barbados, and St. Vincent. Relax and unwind after a long day with the Museum’s popular Happy Hour series. Mingle with friends and enjoy live music on the terrace or tour the galleries indoors. Special themed nights will be scheduled throughout the summer. Bar and light fare will be available from Toscana at the Thronson Café. Dogs on leashes are welcome outside on the Terrace and in the Copeland Sculpture Garden. Glory of Stories introduces young visitors to art and the Museum through a story reading followed by an interactive tour of relevant works of art and a studio art project. This program encourages learning through discovery, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Ages 2 and up. Group tour reservations are required for groups of 10 or more children.
