Glory of Stories
Glory of Stories introduces young visitors to art and the Museum through a story reading followed by an interactive tour of relevant works of art and a studio art project. This program encourages learning through discovery, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Ages 2 and up. Group tour reservations are required for groups of 10 or more children. Writers Gathering and Open Mic
All writers regardless of conference attendance are invited to the Museum on Friday July 26 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to network and mingle with other local writers and conference attendees. Meet session presenters, swap stories with your peers, and bring a short work to read at the Open Mic (3-minute time limit). Open Mic begins at 6:30 p.m. with Emcee Maria Masington.
