Using the camera as a tool for creative expression, Stay Focused puts the student in control of the narrative, challenging them to view the spaces around them in new ways in order to share perspectives that are important to them. Founded and facilitated by photographer Shannon Woodloe, Stay Focused covers the history and core elements of photography, culminating in a theme-based photography project. Celebrate the holidays with the return of the Cartoon Christmas Trio to Delaware Art Museum! Assembled in 1995 by bassist Rob Swanson, the trio’s sole focus is compositions from classic Christmas cartoons—particularly the music of Vince Guaraldi, composer of the “Peanuts” soundtracks. The Cartoon Christmas Trio has made live appearances on NBC, ABC, and NPR, and comes back to the Museum to wow audiences with yuletide nostalgia.
