Mix, mingle, and get a little messy in the Museum’s ceramics studio! Participants will experiment with clay and complete a functional piece of pottery that the Museum will glaze. We’d love to include your  portrait. Register to have your photograph taken by Joe McFetridge on January 20. Participants will receive a digital and print copy once the photographs come off the walls in spring 2020.

Learn about the different bezel wires on the market vs sheet metal, how to measure a cabochon for the perfect bezel fit and how to contour & finish the top of the bezel before setting it into place. We will focus on on high domed cabs, unusual or uneven cabs, and sharp edged (triangular/square) cabs.
