New! Concerts on Kentmere: Pyxis Piano Quartet

To celebrate the first concert of their new season, the musicians—Meredith Amado, violin; Amy Leonard, viola; Jie Jin, cello; and Hiroko Yamazaki, piano—have created an exciting program blending romantic, modern, contemporary, and popular sounds, including Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne, Schumann’s Fairy Tales, Josef Suk’s Piano Quartet, and two powerful evocations of Argentine Tango by Astor Piazzola.
