Become a Museum Guide at the Delaware Art Museum!
Our creative, knowledgeable, and passionate Museum Guides are highly trained volunteers who share their love for art with Museum visitors. The training class will focus on engaging children, students, and adults with the Museum’s richly diverse art collections. Guides have special access to in-depth learning opportunities at the Museum, and they form strong bonds with their collegial and collaborative group of fellow Guides.
Museum Guide Training will be held on Tuesdays beginning in September. Museum Guides are required to give a minimum of two years’ service leading tours, after their training is complete. Tours are assigned around guides’ individual schedules, but the majority of tours take place on weekday mornings throughout the year. For details, contact email@example.com.
