Due to the popularity of the Museum’s camp program, all Summer Art Camp sessions require written or online registration and payment. A medical information form is also required (see below). Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, click here.
All registered students are required to turn in a medical information form prior to or on the first day of camp. The medical information form will be emailed to camp registrants. This form may also be requested through mail by contacting Rebecca Howell at 302.351.8551 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Museum staff is unable to dispense medication.
Once a session’s enrollment is full, a waiting list is established. The Education Department will contact those on the list if space becomes available. Students on waiting lists are not registered and may not attend class without clearance from the Education Department.
Students are required to bring a brown bag lunch and snacks for the morning and afternoon breaks. Museum staff is not permitted to provide food or beverages to the students. All tuition must be paid at the time of registration. No adjustments will be made for student absences. Refunds and credits cannot be issued for classes missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies, or any other event. In the event that a session is cancelled by the museum for any reason, all tuition and fees will be refunded. All withdrawals must be made in writing and submitted to the Education Department. Tuition (less a $20 registration fee) is refunded on the following schedule:
Written withdrawal received on or before May 23…..100%
Written withdrawal received after May 23 but before the first day of camp…..75%
Written withdrawal received on or after the first day of camp…..NO REFUND
