Due to the popularity of the Museum’s camp program, all Summer Art Camp sessions require written or online registration and payment. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
All registered students are required to turn in a medical information form prior to or on the first day of camp. The medical information form will be e-mailed or mailed to camp registrants. This form may also be requested through mail by contacting Rebecca Howell at 302.351.8551 or email@example.com. Museum staff is unable to dispense medication.
Once a session’s enrollment is full, a waiting list is established. The Education Department will contact those on the list if space becomes available. Students on waiting lists are not registered and may not attend class without clearance from the Education Department.
Students are required to bring a brown bag lunch and snacks for the morning and afternoon breaks. Please do not pack peanut products. Museum staff is not permitted to provide food or beverages to the students. All tuition must be paid at the time of registration. No adjustments will be made for student absences. Refunds and credits cannot be issued for classes missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies, or any other event. In the event that a session is canceled by the museum for any reason, all tuition and fees will be refunded. All withdrawals must be made in writing and submitted to the Education Department. Tuition (less a $10 registration fee) is refunded on the following schedule:
Written withdrawal received on or before May 22…100%
Written withdrawal received after May 22 but before the first day of camp…75%
Written withdrawal received on or after the first day of camp…NO REFUND
Membership fees are non-refundable.
The Museum does not provide before or aftercare. When claiming childcare for tax purposes please contact Rebecca Howell at 302-351-8551 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each camp session will end with an art show for campers’ family and friends. The art shows will be held from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Museum’s Bank of America Education Wing on the last day of each session.
