The Delaware Art Museum is a treasure right here in your own backyard. Located down the street from Trolley Square in Wilmington, the Museum is the perfect place to relax and renew your creative energy. As a Member at the Individual level and above, you will be able to enjoy our galleries for free throughout the year. Plus, your Membership to the Delaware Art Museum helps support one of the community’s greatest cultural resources. Through us, you‘ll have an even greater impact on the region. Because of your support, the Delaware Art Museum can help educate thousands of children about art, whether as part of a Museum tour or in the classroom.
Your support will also help preserve a vital part of this region’s history, including:
- The art of Wilmington-native Howard Pyle and his students
- America’s largest British Pre-Raphaelite collection, assembled by Wilmington textile manufacturer Samuel Bancroft, Jr.
- The world’s largest art and archival collection of John Sloan, donated by his widow Helen Farr Sloan, a longtime Wilmington resident
