Immerse yourself in traditional and modern Korean culture through art, music, dance, and food. Enjoy Korean-inspired art activities, a photo booth, Korean snack sampling, TaeKwonDo demonstrations, hands-on activities, and much more. Artwork created by students from the Delaware Korean School will be on display and Korean food provided by Kalbi Asian Bistro will be available for purchase.

This family-friendly event will leave you saying Sarang-hae-yo Korea – I love Korea! 

Schedule of Events

11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Korean-inspired art activities, Chuseok Cha-Rae table setup (Thanksgiving Dinner), art display by students from the Delaware Korean School, Korean snack sampling, personalized Hangul script demonstrations, photobooth with props and Korean traditional clothing, and experience booths of TaeKwonDo and Traditional musical instruments

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Arirang ensemble, music and dance performances by students from the Delaware Korean School, K-Pop Dance by University of Delaware Dragonfly Dance group, Korean Aria, and TaeKwonDo demonstrations by Tiger Kicks

1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Interactive Korean activities: Hangul (Korean language) lesson, trivia challenges, Jang-Gu (traditional musical instrument) contest, Korean food cooking, and Korean drum performance by students from the New Jersey Korean School
