Summer Art Camp Policies
REGISTRATION
Due to the popularity of the Museum’s camp program, all Summer Art Camp sessions require written or online registration and payment. A Medical Information Form is also required (see below). Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. No phone-in registrations are permitted. To register, click here or print the PDF form and mail with payment to:

MEDICAL INFORMATION
All registered students are to turn in a Medical Information Form prior to or on the first day of camp. The Medical Information Form is available here. Medical Information Forms may also be requested through mail by contacting Brett John Johnson at 302.571.9590 ext. 551 or bjohnson@delart.org. Museum Staff is unable to dispense medication.
WAITING LISTS
Once a session’s enrollment is full, a waiting list will be established. The Education Department will contact those on the list if space becomes available. Students on waiting lists are not registered and may not attend class without clearance from the Education Department.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Students are required to bring a brown bag lunch and snacks for the morning and afternoon breaks. Museum staff is not permitted to provide food or beverages to students. All tuition must be paid at time of registration. No adjustments will be made for student absences. Refunds and credits cannot be issued for classes missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies, or any other event. In the event that a session is canceled by the Museum for any reason, all tuition and fees will be refunded. All withdrawals must be made in writing and submitted to the Education Department. Tuition (less a registration fee) is refunded on the following schedule:
Written withdrawal received on or before May 24...........................................................100%
Written withdrawal received after May 24 but before first day of camp...............................75%
Written withdrawal received after the first day of camp..........................................NO REFUND
Membership fees are non-refundable.
CHILDCARE
The Museum does not provide aftercare. When claiming childcare for tax purposes, please contact Brett John Johnson at 302.571.9590 ext. 551 or bjohnson@delart.org.
ART SHOWS
Each camp session will end with an art show for campers’ family and friends. The art shows will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Museum’s Education Wing on the last day of each session.
